Who says Build-A-Bear is only for kids. We can enjoy little furry friends too!! My attraction to Build A Bear started over a year ago, when we took our niece Emily to get her a cute teddy.

Ever since, I wanted one of my own. Have you seen all of the cute clothes and accesories they have. There is even camping gear. Anyway, we adopted our first little friend through FTD.com (they sell some of the Build A Bear toys) FTD.com is a partner for our frequent flyer miles and we needed to have

activity on the account so that we didn't lose our miles. He was a fun pumpkin bear, which I then dressed up as an elf for Christmas. Then last night we went to the store and adopted "Mathias the Monkey"(Matty for short). Right now she is a Hula Monkey with a coconut bra. :) We will see what we find next. Rivers just kind of rolls his eyes, but he is a good sport.

I love that you change the bear for the season. Ellie got the coolest black bear with all the camping accessories for our trip to Yellowstone a few years ago. He even had a tent. (Jeff's parent's paid, in case you were wondering) Sadly, she hates it and tries to give it to Landon or Mysha every time we clean her room.
The bears are cute! And so is your page! (how did you do it?). I personally like the pacific islander look :) hehe
Love the monkey. Glad I'm not the only one who hasn't grown out of stuffed animals. I miss you guys (even though you dissed Carly so bad, I am getting over it). Will you be down any time soon?
Lindsay, go to www.cutestblogontheblock.blogspot.com for some ideas.
I have sometimes wondered about that build a bear place because I didn't know anyone who had done it. But, they're cute and maybe we should take Lincoln someday.
